Can we still build?

Build capacity, physical and entrepreneurial — whether Canada can still deliver the things a growing nation needs. On the physical side we track whether major infrastructure, from rail to pipelines, gets built on time and at costs competitive with international peers. On the entrepreneurial side we ask whether new companies are being founded and funded here, or whether the founders and capital that should compound at home are flowing elsewhere.
